Your club may go through transitions throughout the year and your officers may change from time to time. In order for your club to receive up-to-date information, please update your contacts with us as soon as possible.

We have streamlined this process by providing the form below for updating your contacts. Please complete the form below and click on COMPLETE. We will update your contacts accordingly.

IMPORTANT:

• Your Club President must be listed as either the Official or Alternate Contact.
• You cannot list the same person for both the Official and Alternate Contacts.
• All contacts shown will receive regular correspondence from Multiples of America that must be reviewed as soon as possible. Ensure that all email addresses are monitored on a regular basis.
• The Official Contact will receive all referral emails from potential members that are received in the Executive Office.
• You must click Complete for your Change of Contact to be received.
